Alphatechnix (“we”) operates alphatechnix.pk. This policy explains what information we collect and why.
What we collect
- Solar Quote Assistant: your monthly bill or units, city, system preferences and any question you type. If you choose to give your name and phone number, we store them so we can contact you about a site survey.
- Contact forms and WhatsApp: the details you send us.
- Analytics: anonymous statistics about how visitors use the website.
How we use it
To prepare your solar estimate, to contact you if you asked us to, and to improve our website and services. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Your quote details (not your name or phone number) are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to write your personalised recommendation. Anthropic processes this data on our behalf under its commercial terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you become a customer.
